When the body doesn’t feel safe, it becomes very difficult to:
• trust yourself
• feel clear in your choices
• stay present with your body
This often shows up as:
– overthinking food
– trying to control yourself
– going back and forth with decisions
– feeling out of control
But underneath it all, your body may simply be dysregulated.
Healing begins when we shift from shame and self-judgment…
into compassion and creating safety within.
